Ginger Neal’s career in digital launched along with the World Wide Web spanning 30 years of developing and executing digital strategy, revenue, and audience through new platforms, products, consumer models and technologies. At Hearst Newspapers, she oversees Ad Product & Strategy including rolling out innovative products and setting up the structure and operations to support and scale programing while ensuring revenue attainment. She leads advertising data, native solutions known as The StoryStudio, organic and paid social media, and O&O product development and The Studio agency services. Neal holds executive certificates from USC, UCLA, and Stanford, with a BS in organizational leadership from Biola.
