Chris Fehrmann is Vice President, Digital Products for TEGNA Inc., an innovative media company with 63 television stations in 51 U.S. markets. TEGNA is the largest owner of the top 4 network affiliates in the top 25 markets among independent station groups.
Fehrmann is responsible for the revenue generation, product development and ad operations of TEGNA’s digital advertising solutions. TEGNA reaches 50M active monthly visitors and generates over 140M monthly video views across its websites, mobile apps and OTT apps. TEGNA's podcasting network, Locked On Sports and Vault Studios, reaches over 16.5M listeners every month.
Fehrmann has over 20 years of experience in providing digital solutions for local, regional, and national advertisers, including over a decade within local media organizations. Combing Fehrmann's current role at TEGNA and prior leadership experience at Gannett, inc. allows him a unique perspective of both print and broadcast (video and audio) media types.
Fehrmann is an active member of the NewsPassID Steering Committee, the Broadcast Committee and currently a Board Observer. Fehrmann is an advocate for the LMC and encourages open sharing amongst members to better the whole.
Other relevant board seats include active membership of the advisory board of the Brand Safety Institute.
Chris is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and currently resides in Nashville, TN.
