Allye Ratledge

SVP, Engagement

Allye Ratledge serves as the Senior Vice President for Engagement for the Local Media Consortium, where she has driven member and partner collaboration since February 2015. A specialist in community outreach, Allye thrives in the space between creating innovative ideas and putting those ideas into action. She bridges the gap between high-level strategic vision and actionable execution to create cross-industry opportunities.

With over 20 years’ experience, Allye earned her stripes as the Executive Assistant for the Vice President for Research at The University of Texas at Austin. She then served The Department of Energy’s Office of River Protection as the liaison for the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB), Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Inspector General (IG) offices.

Allye holds a Bachelor of Vocal Music Education from Tennessee Technological University and is a current graduate student at Athens State University studying Acquisition and Contract Management.

Allye lives among the soft, green hills of East Tennessee with her husband J and two daughters, Maddy and Maggie. She also moonlights as a servant to her furry pack of rescued misfits and occasionally as a vocal recording artist.
