Bill Day, Vice President at Magid

Bill Day is an experienced media executive with a successful record leading project teams to improve sales and reduce expenses for Fortune 500 companies. 

Bill has spent the better part of the last two decades working in and with multi-media companies, helping to build and implement market-leading applications for properties from major metros to community papers.

While at Tribune, he led projects as diverse as the rollout, event marketing development and pricing strategy for multiple publications. At Gannett, Bill was integral to the design, development and launch of Sunday Select, leading the sales effort with national retailers like Target, Best Buy and Staples. 

Bill has also been named to the faculty of American University’s School of Communications where he lectures on Media Economics, Management and New Media Ecosystems. At Magid, Bill leads the Revenue Strategy practice focused on helping media companies, advertisers, and agencies improve their business models. 

He resides in Williamsburg with his wife, Sharon, and their two delightful children, whose names he often gets wrong.
